About the Job
Azure Printed Homes is pioneering sustainable housing by 3D-printing complete homes from recycled plastic. We've delivered 100+ units, earned a TIME Best Invention 2025 award, and hold $55M in per-orders. We're scaling rapidly to support disaster recovery and expand affordable housing nationwide.
We're now expanding beyond our Los Angeles facility with a new 25,000 sq ft factory in Denver, CO opening in 2026. This Denver operation is central to our goal of scaling from hundreds of units per year to thousands.
About the Role:
We're hiring Production Employees and Production Lead to help launch the day-to-day production operations at our new Denver facility, drive safety, quality, and throughput on the floor. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being close to the work.
You'll be part of the founding Denver factory team helping to continuously improve how we build homes.
Requirements:
- Construction 3-4 years modular experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work any shift when we scale up.

Required:
- 4–7 years in manufacturing operations in industries such as large-format 3D printing, plastics extrusion/injection molding, composites, RV/trailer, automotive, aerospace, or building products.
- Experience in a 24/7 or multi-shift environment.
- Provide clear shift hand offs.
- Willingness to work on-site in Denver, CO and flex across shifts as needed during ramp-up.
Preferred:
- Background in modular construction, prefab housing, or manufactured housing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus given workforce composition.
Interview Process:
- Manager Screen 30-minute call covering your background.
- Plant Manager Interview (In Person) 30-minute conversation with Plant Manager to discuss your experience and fit with our mission.
- Final / Offer Final conversation and possible offer.
- Location: On-site at Commerce City, CO (Denver Metro).
